This two-story villa spans 300 m² and offers breathtaking landscape views, spacious rooms, and exquisite furnishings. The first-floor rooms provide distant sea views.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, and all essential kitchen utensils. The kitchen opens to the dining area featuring a large maple wood dining table for 8 people. You can also make use of the JBL Bluetooth speaker in this area.

This bedroom has its own separate shower room, while the wardrobes for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment has a separate entrance and comprises a bedroom with a double bed (180×200) from Ligne Roset and a shower room/WC on the first floor. On the ground floor, a cozy living room provides access to the east terrace, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
