This apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a spacious living room and an open kitchen with dining area. The terrace of approximately 80m2 is partly covered and offers a beautiful view of the old town of Ibiza, Dalt Vila, which is stunning, especially at night. The terrace is furnished with a cozy Launch corner, two sunbeds and a breakfast table.
The spacious pool terrace surrounds the pool of 9x5m. An awning provides shade for a siesta by the pool. A shower is by the pool available. The garden is Mediterranean. The entire property is fenced. Parking is located on the property and can be reached via a driveway with electric gate.
Downstairs there are private premises of the owner family. The holiday apartment is only offered in the absence of the family so that our holiday guests are undisturbed and have terrace and pool alone.
Near the small village of Jesus can be reached with supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, etc. Also known for its tapas and lunch menus “famous” restaurant Bon Lloc is in Jesus.
The nearest beach is Talamanca (3 km). There is catering for all tastes. Talamanca adjoins the marina Botafoc, from where you can drive across the harbor to the old town by taxi-boat.
The apartment is also ideal for golf enthusiasts. Only about 10 minutes to golf course, Roca Llisa.
