Sa Creu de Magres is a typical Ibizan country house located on a large plot of about 11,000 square meters, situated in the area known as ‘Puig d’en Valls’, a 15-minute drive from the airport and 6 minutes from the city of Ibiza.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds (one of which has a canopy, creating a romantic atmosphere), and the other rooms have 1 single beds. The entire house has a carefully crafted decoration, with a prevalence of antique objects. The living room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, a 42-inch television, and a DVD player. There is also a large dining room, featuring an old ‘trillo’ table (an ancient Ibizan tool), along with original paintings and artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.

Outside, there is a lovely porch filled with plants, ideal for dining or relaxing with friends and family during the hot summer evenings. Adjacent to the porch, there is a barbecue area with a stone table surrounded by rose bushes. The 800 sqm garden has various levels and atmospheres, with flowers and plants of different species, stone figures, and a fish pond, creating a paradisiacal scene. The pool, with a Roman staircase, measures 4m x 9.5m and has a depth of 1m to 1.90m. On the same terrace, you can enjoy an incredible jacuzzi with 70 jets and 8 blowing nozzles, a waterfall, 29 light points, and a massage system with venturi jets.

Additionally, there is a game area with a billiard table, ping-pong table, darts, petanque court, small soccer field, basketball hoop, and a children’s playground. The parking area, which is 50 sqm in size, is located just behind the house.
